PUN FOR REPATRIATION II) PA.— Electric Telegraph—Copy rightl (Received 24th November. 11.50 a.m.) ROME, 23rd November The Repatriation Commission which was formed to promote and facilitate the repatriation of all Italians abroad at its first meeting, revealed that application may be made by labourei - and professional men through the consuls. Special facilities will be offered to Italians with capital, while fares for operatives without money will be paid by the Government. Others will ieceive a 50 per cent reduction. The scheme will begin with Italians in nearby countries and those elsewhere later.
