FLYER’S ARREST IN RUSSIA

The Daily Mail" says that the Foreign Office is inquiring into the arrest of Mr Brian Grover, a British engineer, in Staritza. to which he made a daring flight from Stockholm on 20th November in an effort to draw the attention of the Soviet authorities to the difficulties he has had in endeavouring to rejoin his Russian wife.
