TRANSFER OF TERRITORY
EFFECTED IN FRIENDLY SPIRIT f British Official Wirelessl (Received 26th October, 10.13 a.m.) RUGBY, 25th October. British observers who went to Czechoslovakia to supervise the transfer of territory to Germany returned to England. The transfers were effected in a friendly spirit and with the absence of disturbance owing to the conciliation shown by both sides. CZECH RELIEF FUND (Received 26th October, 10.13 a.m.) RUGBY, 25th October. The Czech relief fund reached £225,000. Sir Ronald MacLeay goes to Czechoslovakia to-morrow to administer the fund.
