NAZI PROPAGANDA ADMINISTRATOR CONFERS WITH GENERAL HERTZOG (Received 26th October, 10.40 a.m.) PRETORIA, 25th October. General Hertzog. Prime Minister, had a lengthy conference with Mr Conradie, Administrator of South-west Africa. It is believed they discussed South-West Africa’s defences and more effective methods of counteracting Nazi propaganda. Mr Conradie emphasised the Unionist Party’s perturbation in view of Germans being openly more confident of the return to Germany.
