The Count of Covadonga. who was fatally injured in a motor crash at Miama (Florida). was the former Prince of the Asturias. He broke off relations with his father when he married against ex-King Alfonso’s wish in 1933. Since then he had been divorced and re-married. He was 31 years of age.
