THE RICHMOND CLUB ANNUAL MEETING HELD On Thursday evening the annual meeting of the Richmond Bowling Club was held in the r "**e Brigade Hall, there l>2ing 24 members present. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—President. Mr W. E. Poole: vice-president. Mr L. Wells; secretary. Mr E. Norris (re-elect-ed i; treasurer. Mr G. W* Baker (reelected); general committee. Messrs P. Sutton, S Sutton. J. Springer. C. Powell and officers ex-officio; selection committee. Messrs Norris. Win and Baker; green supervisors. Messrs Win. Norris and P Sutton: delegates to Centre, president and vice-president; match recorder. Mr A. Tanner: auditor, Mr H. Wilson; green ’•~pire. Mr E. Norris; social committee. Messrs J. GafTey (convener) J. G. Cressye. L. Wells. S Sutton N. R. Meads, R. Austin. J. Springer. After considerable discussion it was decided to make a slight increase in subscriptions. Mr Polglase. of the Takaka Club, was thanked for donating a trophy, suitably inscribed (a field piece shell case from the Great War zone) for friendly competition between the two
