ORDER DEFIED BY LIEUTENANTGOVERNOR REFUSAL TO VACATE PREMISES I United Press Association —by Eleririr Telegraph —Copy rigb 1 1 (Received 4th May, 12.45 p.m.) EDMONTON, 3rd May. Defying the Social Credit Government order to vacate, the Lieutenant-Gover-nor, the Hon J C. Bowen, remained at Government House to-day despite the Government announcement that he will receive no pay. The further upkeep ot light, telephone, and motoring services >is been ordered to be terminated. Mr Bowen notified Cabinet that he can only be vacated by an Order-in-Council which the Lieutenant-Governor must sign, and he has no intention of signing. An emergency meeting of Cabinet is called for to-morrow.
