LONDON NAVAL TREATY
DISCUSSIONS BY EXPERTS INVOCATION OF ESCALATOR CLAUSE (British Official Wireless] (Received 30th March, 12.35 p.m.) RUGBY, 29th March. It was stated after a meeting of naval experts representing the United Kingdom, France and the United States, parties to the 1936 London Naval Treaty, that an announcement will be made later this week regarding the discussions, which it is understood have related to the question of the invocation of the escalator clause in the treaty.
