"I will be very surprised, howj ever, if we do not embark upon the \ most progressive boring campaign in •' the history of the Dominion.” he added. ■ “I am assured that the most modern : drilling plants will be used, guided by : the most expert companies and men j engaged in the oil industry.” j! The Minister added that the question ■' of granting licenses »rould be reviewed : after the end of the present month.
