ATHLETIC FILM
The Civic Tearooms was filled to capacity last evening when an athletic film showing world champions of the track and field in action was enthusiastically received. The film was presented by the American coach. Mr A. L. Fitch, who is at present with the Nelson Athletic and Cycling Club.
Methods employed by the leading athletes were clearly shewn, both in the slow motion film and in the accompanying address by Mr Fitch. Judging by the keen interest shown last night, this screening will be of great help to local athletes
