TO-DAY’S WEATHER FORECAST WELLINGTON This Day. An intense anti-cyclone still lies centrally over the Dominion but is moving slowly eastward. A shallow depression is located over the western Tasman Sea. The forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds, but northerly to westerly prevailing, and later freshening somewhat.
