PLOT AGAINST M. DELBOS
HUNGARIAN WOMAN DETAINED (United Preos Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy rigntl BUDAPEST, 19th December. The police have detained Mmc. Yilona Budai, aged 76, the mother of the Hungarian Kalman Budai, who was arrested at Valenciennes on 11th December in connection with the alleged plot against M. Delbos, the French Foreign Minister.
Since 10th December numerous arrests have been made. It was alleged that terrorists intended to assassinate M. Delbos during his tour of Central Europe.
