OVERSEAS VESSEL ARRIVING ON SUNDAY
FORDSDALE WITH CARGO FROM LONDON
FROZEN MEAT TO BE LOADED The overseas steamer Fordsdale, of the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company, is expected to arrive in Nelson from Timaru on Sunday to discharge 1100 tons of cargo from London. The vessel will load 9,300 freight carcases of meat, also 400 bales of wool, and a quantity of tallow. The Fordsdale, of which Captain D. Christie is the master, is schecluder to sail for Picton on Wednesday or Thursday. Messrs J. H. Cock and Company are the local agents.
