The fourth case heard in Christchurch this week of intoxication while in charge of a car was heard to-day, when James White, farmer, aged 35 years, was fined £3O and his license cancelled for 18 months. The prosecution arose out of a collision between a car driven by White and another, a woman passenger in which was injured.
