ST. ANDREW’S ORPHANAGE
The monthly meeting of trustees of St. Andrews Orphanage received satisfactory reports on the operations of the institution. Collection to date amounted to \L7rl 14s and it was anticipated that ti small additional amount would be received. The response was considered as very satisfactory and as an indication of the sympathy of town people with the worn of St. Andrew’s. Arrangements were completed whereby the children are to spend a holiday at Mapua. Appreciation was expressed of the Nelson Harbour Board’s action in granting facilities for the camp to be held.
