RICHMOND BOROUGH COUNCIL OUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given * that the Richmond Borough Council proposed to raise a Special Loan of Two thousand six hundred and fifty pounds (£2,650), for the purpose of erecting a town hall by addition to the present Council Chambers and necessary alterations thereto. It is proposed to make and levy an annually recurring Special Rate of five-thirty-seconds of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all the rateable property within the Borough of Richmond, as security for repayment of the proposed loan and payment of interest thereon. .
