KILLED BY FALL OF DEBRIS
PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYEE [B.v Telegraph —Press Association) MARTON, This Dry. A Public Works employee, Harry M. Holland, married, of Bulls, was killed this morning when he was caught in a fall of debris while working on a level crossing elimination job on Cliff Road, near Marton. A cutting was being made under the railway to take the main highway when suddenly the face fell outwards, trapping Holland. Death was instantaneous. Three others narrowly escaped. The victim leaves a widow and two children.
