ESTIMATED DEFICIT FOR YEAR thy Telegraph—Press Associationl AUCKLAND, 15th November. Estimates of the finances of the Auckland Transport Board, formulated in July by the manager of the board, Mr A. E. Ford, were adopted at a meeting of the board. Expenditure totalling £630,437 is provided for. Receipts are expected to total £627,754. leaving a deficit at the end of the financial year of £2683. The chairman of the board. H. G. R. Mason, pointed out that thvtf deficit would be about £IO,OOO less than that of £12,133 shown at the close of last year.
