McCann, the South Australian representative: in London, has arranged the forward s;}les of 120.350 cases of South Australian apples and pears in the United Kingdom and European countries where trade is not restricted. Prices are lower than last year due to the keen competition and excessive North American stocks on hand. Negotiations are being continued with all the European countries.—P.A. cable.
