A secret manifesto protesting against British “interference'’ in Moslem affairs is being circulated among Arabs by the new Arab Higher Committee. It urges Arabs to stand firm in the battle against imperialism A landmine exploded on a bridge on the Jafi'a-Jcrusalcm road just after a British patrol-car passed. ARAB SHOT DEAD (Received 15th November, 9.45 a.m.) JERUSALEM, 14th November. Police in Jericho road shot dead an Arab who was allegedly smuggling arms. Two girls who were shot from a car died.
