Tire Berlin correspondent of "The Times” says, despite Herr Hitler’s and Signor Mussolini’s recent assurances that they did not intend to propagate Nazism and Fascism in other countries, Dr Alfred Rosenberg, editor of the Nazi organ “Voikisha Boebachter” and head of the Nazi Foreign Office, in a speech declared: “Our duty is to restore seifconsciousness not only to Germany but throughout Europe. We are seeking to form a grouping of Europe’s creative energies in a single unit, warding off anti-European instincts and fighting those who regard Asia as the origin ol’ European culture.”
