MOSLEM LEADERS
PROPOSED ARAB STATE CAIRO. 30th August. Religious leaders in Moslem holy cities in Irak and Palestine are reported to be preparing for the excommunication of any Moslem who accept;, the throne of the Arab Stale in the form proposed under the Palestine partition scheme. He will be reluscd burial in Moslem cemeteries. The Grand Mufti in Palestine is believed to be secretly consulting with the heads of Irak. Transjordania. Syria and Lebanon about the excommunication proposal.
