NELSON TOURING BOWLERS
ANOTHER DEFEAT IN QUEENSLAND (United Press'Association—By Electrlo Teles’apb—Copyright] • BRISBANE, 23rd June. The Nelson (New Zealand) bowlers played Booroodabin to-day, and lost by 104 points to 85. Kempster lost 16-25; Simpson won 22-19; Chapman lost 2125; Dee lost 26-35. Letters received in Nelson indicate that the bowlers are having an enjoyable tour. Rain at Sydney caused the postponement of the games arranged with the exception of one; but the vis. tors were taken for long drives and otherwise entertained. “Our chaps have had a big surprise in the way they were treated here,” writes one of the bowlers.
