DIFFICULTIES IN OBTAINING SUPPLIES (By Telegraph-Press Association} WELLINGTON, This Day. “Milk powder should not be used iai any place where there is fresh milk available,” said the Acting-Prime Minister and Minister of Health, the Hon. P. Fraser, in referring in an interview to the milk-for-schoolS < scheme. He explained that' in certain cases there had been difficulties in obtaining supplies of fresh milk, but it was anticipated that in a few weeks these would be overcome to a very large extent.
