HOSPITAL DEFEAT RIVALS In u junior mulch played at Stoke on Saturday between Hospital and Rivals.. Hospital won by 8 points to 6. The ground was in good condition for fast football. Hospital were without the services of Stewart, Walters and l’owrie, the substitutes all played good games. Cutlibert on the wing scored a good try. Hospital were penalised and Rivals took a kick at goal which failed. Hospital took the ball up the field and their forwards began to warm up to their work. .1 be Rival hue was in danger but their fullback brought relief with a good touch kick. From the kick-off Hospital carried play well up the field and from a scrum the ball was sent out to the backs.
