MOTH PLANES COLLIDE
BOTH PILOTS KILLED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copy Huh l r BRISBANE, 20th June. After colliding at an altitude of 500 feet two Moth machines crashed at Acacia Ridge, on Cooper’s plains. Both pilots, Miss Esther Tully, a nurse, and Jack Barrett, were killed. The planes caught fire. It is thought Barrett leapt from' the falling machine as his body was some distance from the Wreckage.
MRS PUTNAM AT RANGOON RANGOON, 10th June. Mrs Earhart Putnam arrived in continuation of her flight from the United States, SINGAPORE, 20lh June. Mrs Putnam arrived.
