LONG DELAYED INQUEST
WAHIOU VALLEY SHOOTING DEATH OF ERNEST S. NELSON [By Telegraph—Press Association] AUCKLAND, This Day. On Wednesday, 19th May, the inquest concerning the death of Ernest Severn Nelson, a farmer, of Waihou Valley, North Auckland, will be resumed at Kaikohe, almost one year after he was shot in the back of the head when walking one evening along the drive leading from his property to the main road. It is expected that eighteen witnesses will be called. The police officers who took part in the investigations v/ill go north.
