BOAT RACE AT PERTH SCOTCH COLLEGE WIN [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy righ t] * PERTH, 3rd April. The Perth college “Head of the River” boat race of one mile on the Swan River was won for the fourth time in succession by Scotch College from. Hale School, with Christian Brothers College third. Guildford Grammar School were fourth.
