ROSEDALE STREAM
ITo The EditorJ Sir, —Having spent some weeks in your beautiful Orinoco Valley I should like to draw your attention to the state of the Rosedale stream. This stream is quite impassable after heavy rain and is the cause of great inconvenience to the settlers. Eurely this could be bridged at little cost and solve the difficulties of traffic over this stream which is very considerable. Hoping some abler pen than mine will take this up.—l am etc. VISITOR. Orinoco, Ist May.
