INCREASED COST OF LIVING [United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright! (Received Ist May, 9.55 a.m.) ROME, 30th April. Signor Mussolini announced that wages throughout Italy are being raised 10 to 12 per cent, on 9th May owing to the increased cost of living.
