APPOINTMENT AND TRANSFERS [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] TOKIO, 27th April. Mr Ainau announced his own appointment as Minister to Switzerland. He was also appointed as chief of the Japanese Government Bureau of International Conference Affairs. His successor as Spokesman will ho Mr Tatsiio Kawai, hitherto Consul-General at Shanghai, while Mr .Vurai, formerly Consul-General at Sydney, will become Minister to Siam.
