Christchurch "Star-Sun.’’ and F. C. Jones, Auckland “Star,” equal 2; commended for good work in sports journalism. T. A. Fleming. Christchurch “Star-Sun.”
The judges of the competition were Mr J. H. Hall, former editor “The Dominion.” Wellington, and Mr A. E. Mulgan, supervisor of broadcast talks. National Broadcasting Service. Wellington.
