FOUNDATION STONE LAID
GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AT EDINBURGH DUKE OF GLOUCESTER PERFORMS CEREMONY [British Official Wireless] (Received 29th April. 10.10 a.m.) RUGBY. 28th April. The Duke of Gloucester, accompanied by the Duchess of Gloucester, laid the foundation stone of the new Government buildings at Edinburgh to-day.
