COMPANY AND MANAGER HEAVILY FINED FAILURE TO KEEP RECORDS [United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copy right] i Received 28th April, 1 p.m.) LONDONi 27th April. The Grcsford Colliery Company and William Bonsall, the manager, were fined a total of £l4O and costs £350 on eight charges of failure to keep records of the quantities of air found in one part of the Gresford Mine. The remaining summonses concerning ventilation were dismissed. Wrexham Magistrates dismissed 31 summonses in respect to alleged disregard of the safety regulations by filers of shots in the Gresford Colliery, holding that the evidence did not prove that these accused were guilty of noncompliance with the law at the time of the accident. Then summonses remained against the company and against the manager, William Bonsall.
