GERMAN DISCHARGED

Otto Karl Ludwig, a middle-aged German, who was charged on 12th April with attempting to land in the United Kingdom in possession of documents calculated to constitute an act preparatory to the commission of an offence'under the Official Secrets Act, was discharged.
