REFEREES’ ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING [From Our Own Correspondent] At the annuHl meeting of the Mottieka Referees’ Association, held in Bowers’ sample rums, Hr H. Delany presided. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows: Patron, Mr J. Goodyei ; president, Mr H. Delany; vice-pre-sidents, Messrs Reg. Rowling, E. B. Sto hr ami E. Reed ; appointment board, Messrs H. B. McGlashen, A. flames, H. Hogan; secretary and treasurer, Mr J. Pudilington; delegate lo Rugby SubUnion, Mr H. Rangi. It was decided that the Association meet fortnightly, every alternate Thursday. It was also decided that it be an instruction to referees to carry out periodical inspection of players ’boots durioo the season. RUGBY FIXTURES ' The Motneka Rugby Sub-Union baa drawn tlie fixtures for Saturday as follows : Senior Huia v. Wanderers, Nd.'l ground, 3 p.m. Referee: Mr H. Rangi. Junior United v. Wanderers, No. 1 ground, 1.30 p.m. Referee: Mr H. Hogan. Ngatimoli v. Tikaokao, No. 2 ground, 3 p.m. Referee: Mr M. Stevens. Upper Moutere v. Tapawera at Upper Mon tore, 3 p.m. Referee: Mr V. Sixtus.
