BUTTER AND CHEESE PRICES (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 19th December. The following' information is supplied regarding the London markets by the Primary Products Marketing Department, which has received a cable from London: — Butter: New Zealand salted 99s to 100 s, unsalted 106 s to 108 s, exceptionally 110 s. Deliveries: New Zealand bi'iter 1910 tons, in store 3680 tons. The butter market is slow. The New Zealand retail price is unchanged at Is Id a lb, and the Danish retail price is reduced to Is 2d. ‘ Cheese: New Zealand white . and coloured 63s to 63s 6d. Deliveries,: New Zealand 17,712 crates; ip store 20,044 crates (includes 2540 crates per Cumberland). The cheese market is quiet and retail prices are unchanged.
