DOG ATTACKS MAN
“SOOLED” ON BY OWNER (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. Remarking that the dog was obedient and did what its master told it to dq, Mr Wyvern Wilson, S.M., imposed a fine qf £5 and costs £1 ih the Police Court to-day, when Stephen Carter, a young man, appeared on summons, charged with urging a dog to attack another yoiSfeg man named Churches at' Panmure on 21st October. Carter pleaded not guilty.
