UNDER JUDICATURE AMENDMENT ACT (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 17th December. A “Gazette” notice to-night announces that the Chief Justice. Sir Michael Myers, as appointed Mr Justice Ostler, Mr Justice Blair, Mr Justice Johnston, and Messrs P. B. Cooke, H. F. O’Leary and W. J. Sim, barristers, to be members of the Rules Committee pursuant to the Judicature Amendment Act 1930. TERM EXTENDED The extension of the term of Sir John Reed as a member of the Supreme Court bench' is also gazetted.
