MOTUEKA AERODROME DISPUTE
MINISTER’S ACTION COMMENDED CIRCULAR BY NEW ZEALAND WORKERS’ UNION (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The action adopted by the Hon. R. Semple, Minister of Public Works, in connection with the Motueka Public Works dispute, was that of, a statesman of high standing says a circular issued by the New Zealand Workers' Union. The circular, which is signed by the President and Secretary, adds: "Mr Semple told mischief makers that he would not tolerate their dirty work. His department and he were quite right. The Union and 99 per cent, of its membership endorse the manly attitude which he adopted. The Workers’ Union is determined to work in harmony with the Labour Government and the Minister of Public Works.” ,
