POLICE ASSOCIATION
AUUKLANU MEN- favourable (United Press Association^ AUCKLAND. 30th Juno. Members of the nolice and detective force in Auckland favour the formation of a police association. At a private meeting at the central station to-day, attended by over 200, a long discussion was held regarding the formation of an association, activities in Australia being largely cited. A secret ballot was held revealing a large majority favouring the formation of an association. A temporary committee was elected.
