OFFERED BY LORD NUFFIELD (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy right) LONDON, 30th Jure. Lord Nuffield has offered £BO.OOO to St Peter’s Hall, Oxford, to be paid pound by pound as a similar amount is raised. The hall is a memorial to Bishop Chavasse, of Liverpool.
