HEARING ON WEDNESDAY (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. In answer to an inquiry yesterday afternoon, the Solicitor-General (Mr H. H. Cornish, K.C.), intimated that the .death of the Crown Prosecutor (Mr P. S. K. Macassey) would not result in a postponement of the hearing of evidence on the charges against John William McArthur.
