ALLEGED FALSE REPRESENTATION
(By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 17th June. Charged with obtaining £l6O from Independent Motor Sales, Ltd., by falsely representing that a car in his possession was bis own and unencumbered, James Lawrence Holden, aged 23, a mechanic, pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial. It is alleged that he disposed of the car, which was held on time payment, representing that he had paid cash for it.
