WELLINGTON EDUCATION BOARD
NEW SECRETARY APPOINTED MR W. I. DEAVOLL (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Mr W. I. Deavoll, at present private secretary to the Minister of Education, has been appointed secretary to the Wellington. Education Board, in succession to Mr Hilton, who is retiring. Mr Dedvoll has been in the Public Service for 30 years, and has served six successive Ministers of Education as private secretary.
