DEPARTMENTAL VISIT TO NAPIER Telegraph—Press Association) WAIPUKURAU, This Day. The Minister of Railways (the Hon. D. Sullivan), with the Hon. P. C. Webb and the General Manager, and also a large departmental party called at Waipukurau yesterday on a rail car trip from Wellington to Napier. Messrs Sullivan, Webb and Mackley delivered addresses which were acknowledged by Mr Christie, M.P. for the district, and Mr A. C. Holms, past president of the Chamber of Commerce.
