GERMAN SOUTH-WEST AFRICA PRESENT ADMINISTRATION IMPOSSIBLE INCORPORATION IN UNION RECOMMENDED (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) CAPETOWN, lUh June. A judicial commission recommends that German West Africa be incorporated in South Africa; and considers the present form of Government a failure. (Received 13th June, 9.30 a.m.) CAPETOWN, 12th June. The judicial commission which recommended that German South-West Africa be incorporated into the South African Union, as it considered the present form of government a failure, considers in its report that Nazi activities render the present administration impossible. • The population is dragooned by orders from Berlin, the ■ Swastika displacing the Union flag, and recalcitrant Germans are reported to Berlin, which persecutes their families living in Germany.
