WELLINGTON, This Day. Pressure is still low to the north and east, but an anti-cyclone extends across the Tasman Sea on to the South Island. The forecast is for moderate south-east winds, but strong at times in Strait. Weather fine and cold. Seas moderate but rather rough in Strait.
