WOMEN’S DIVISION The monthly meeting of the Riwaka branch of the Women’s Division was held in the Riwaka Presbyterian Church hull. Mrs W. A. Ryder (president). who occupied the chair, extended a welcome to two new members. An invitation was received from the Stoke branch to attend the birthday party on 2(>tli May. Airs Ryder intimated that the Divisions’ dressmaker would be available in the Riwaka district. if'inner« of competitions were Mrs Wilkinson and Mrs R. Cook. The surprise packets which are prov-
iug very popular, realised the sum of 5s which will be added to the branch’s funds. It was decided that in future meetings he held on the first Tuesday ;of each month, instead of the first Wednesday, the latter having been found unsuitable for a number of members. The usual afternoon tea was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
