JUDGMENT BY CONSENT
CLAIM FOR DAMAGES SEQUEL TO MOTOR FATALITY (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 21st May. Judgment bv consent for £750 was entered in the Supreme Court in a damages claim of £2OOO by Helen Mildenhall, of Lower Ilutt, in respect of the death of her husband, who was fatally injured in a collision between a car in which he was travelling and a taxi driven by Owen Lester Sievers Jarrett and owned by Gwendoline Hoare.
